Before you come, there are a few things you’ll want to know and take into consideration. We do ask that you leave your perfumes and plastic water bottles at home.

Suggestions to bring:

  • If it’s sunny, a sun hat
  • Weather-appropriate clothing
  • Footwear for mud/dirt
  • Work gloves if you’re planning on working
  • Reusable water bottle
  • Insect repellent
  • Sun screen
  • Socks or slippers for our geothermal-warmed hardwood floors (no bare feet permitted!)

What not to bring:

  • Your ‘dress to impress’ clothes. You’re on a farm and may get dirty.
  • Please leave pets at home. Service dogs are acceptable as long as you inform the community prior to arriving.

Dress appropriately for the weather!
