Before you come, there are a few things you’ll want to know and take into consideration. We do ask that you leave your perfumes and plastic water bottles at home.
Suggestions to bring:
- If it’s sunny, a sun hat
- Weather-appropriate clothing
- Footwear for mud/dirt
- Work gloves if you’re planning on working
- Reusable water bottle
- Insect repellent
- Sun screen
- Socks or slippers for our geothermal-warmed hardwood floors (no bare feet permitted!)
What not to bring:
- Your ‘dress to impress’ clothes. You’re on a farm and may get dirty.
- Please leave pets at home. Service dogs are acceptable as long as you inform the community prior to arriving.
